My first “surprise stalker” victim!

You know how surprised the guy in the wifebeater and meathead pants always is when Publisher’s Clearing House comes to his door with 2 tons of video equipment to tell him he won the sweepstakes?

Well, today is my first day to play Surprise Stalker!  I am stealthily tiptoeing over to the blog of someone who follows KludgyMom – someone I haven’t had a chance to visit before. Hopefully she’s not wearing a wifebeater. Or meathead pants. {shh! I’m not officially a GFC follower yet. I don’t want to tip her off}

First off, I love the name of this blog. It is super creative. And kind of kludgy, too!  So, let me nose around in Jackie’s archives to see if there’s anything good in there.

Ooh, she’s a cook. And she doesn’t just re-make other people’s recipes, like I do. Because I am a hack, which is another word for kludgy. She likes pasta. I have to restrain myself from not making pasta every night. This looks yummy:

Ah yes, she has a hubs and some kidlets. She talks about “his” side of the marriage. I like this. My hubs has his side too. He is in charge of all things financial because I am a monetary trainwreck. And he’s in charge of blowing up any major home systems like plumbing or electrical, and killing all bugs.

She also answers the question: “why blog?”  I had thought that when I started blogging 18 months ago on my food blog, that I’d be retired by now. I’ve since revisited why I blog.
