Welcome to Friday Flip-Offs!
For those of you who haven’t visited before, Friday Flip-offs is my way of ridding myself of weekday angst and frustration before heading into the weekend. I virtually flip off whoever is on my last nerve. It’s very cathartic. The theory is that I don’t take anything out on my husband and kids, although the jury’s out on that.
Join in the fun! Don’t spend your weekend stewing over the little people and annoying situations that got to you this week! But please, if you link up, show me some love, yo. I’ve now had two other wonderful bloggers, Shell from Things I Can’t Say and AJ from Simple Sweet Inspiration both tried to fix my badge code to get it to display in a blog post. Couldn’t get it to work. I give up. So please just post the photo and text link back to me. Thanks 
Before we get started on the Flip-Offs, I want to shamelessly beg you to enter my Balloonatiks DVD Giveaway contest. It has low entries. Thank you! Now, back to my regularly scheduled Flip-Offs.
To my sweet tooth and lack of willpower: FLIP OFF! My 41-year old metabolism cannot handle eating homemade ice cream sandwiches every.single.night.
To my house, which never stays clean: FLIP OFF. You’re too big. I’m overwhelmed. It never gets finished. It sucks. I hate that you take time away from other more important things.
To ulterior motives: FLIP OFF. I don’t believe in using them. I don’t like them foisted on me.
To that certain someone again at my certain loved one’s place of business: FLIP OFF. If you cause that loved one to miss Little CEO’s birthday party…I may have to put a hex on you.

I hear ya Gigi! Thank the Lord I fit in a workout yesterday cause I can’t think of one healthy thing I’ve consumed in the last 24 hours unless you count popcorn. And I don’t have a large house and still can’t keep up with tornado Pokey. Yowsers. She may be the death of me yet. You should seriously think about cleaning service over the summer if it’s in the budget. Not here.
Doesn’t sound like your hub’s work is that helpful either… taking away vacas and all. I hope he makes it to the b-day. When is it?
I don’t have all the answers, but I get it. It’s not even been 12 hours yet and I’m exhausted. I don’t know how to keep up. Maybe cut back to 3 or 4 days/week? Let me know if you find a solution. I’m tired thinking about the week ahead.

It took my kid 19 months to figure out how to sleep through the night. But now that my body has adjusted to getting up so much during the night, it’s like I’m out of whack for sleep now. I’m SO exhausted during the day again and I HATE that.
I also hate the flipping humidity here in Florida. IT. SUCKS.

You’ve got me with #1. Oh it’s awful isn’t it? I stay up until 3 am each night and I’m having 3rd helpings of red velvet cake, dunkin donuts, mint chocolate chip ice cream, Godiva chocolate left over from 5 months ago…whatever sweets I can get my hands on. It’s crazy! Then the next day I feel guilty and have to sweat it all off on the treadmill….until midnight comes around and the vicious cycle starts all over again.

I don’t want to add to your flip off list for this week but your blog page is not displaying properly – everything when I visit is skewed to the right so your sidebar is not visible. Also I still cannot get my subscription to your site working.
My latest post is about my new house inhabitants, who would be my flip-off for this week, yes we have scorpions as in the most dangerous kind to be found in the US living with us and my latest encounter with one today still has me shaking!
I’d like to flip my house off as well. It never stays clean for more than 5 minutes. What’s the deal?
