Today is all about one of my other favorite things: blogging (duh)!
I could start a whole new blog just with the posts I’ve written about blogging. They seem to get the best response of any posts I write. I’ve got some popular oldies but goodies you might not have read. I’ve done funny, like The Chick Blogger’s Dictionary. I got slightly controversial when I wrote about Mediocrity in Blogging. I’ve questioned my own place in the blogosphere. And I’ve done tutorials. LOTS and lots of tutorials.
All that yammering has started to pay off. I’m excited to be speaking at Bloggy Boot Camp Las Vegas this fall about freelancing and building a successful career from your blog. I’ve gained so much from blog conferences!
So today, I want to share some awesome blogging prizes with you.
I remember when I first started blogging and I discovered The SITS Girls. I learned so much, and found some blogging friends who are STILL my friends! I’ve also worked for SITS as an editor in the past. Getting a chance to know Tiffany and Fran personally has been one of the brightest spots in blogging for me. They are incredibly smart, supportive women who are SO very committed to helping other women be successful. I am grateful for their friendship, and for what they give to the blogging community.
What I love about SITS is that their site and forums are always chock full of hands-on, amazing blog education. And that commitment to education extends even further with Bloggy Boot Camp.
